christoph_d Posted December 9, 2016 Share #24681 Posted December 9, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) A few weeks ago, an old battered Nikkormat FT with a 1.4/50 lens found a new home (with me). It's quite a brick to lug around, and it has it's quirks. Stopped down a bit the lens is quite sharp. Anyway here an autumn impression. The film is the Eagle 640 again, now unfortunately not available any more, originally developed for traffic surveillance purposes, but here depicting autumn colours at their best. christoph_d Posted December 9, 2016 Share #24683 Posted December 9, 2016 And in order for you to also see the performance of the lens at 1.4, here a view of a typical Dutch bicycle. A lot of bikes here are owned by students, are quite old, have changed hands (legally or illegally) a few times, and are impossible to find amongst the hundreds of other bikes parked at the railway station. So what you see is a high level of customisation as in the specimen that I photographed. Welcome, dear visitor! Leica M7-35 Summilux Asph Image34vnstreetphokodektlfht+++950tc.jpg Best H yes, Henry. The film seems to enhance the red not only in reds, but in oranges, yellows and purples - basically anything color that has red in it.
