Advertisement Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 Hi gsgary, Take a look here I like film...(open thread). I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Guest Benqui Posted October 29, 2016 Share #23342 Posted October 29, 2016 Maybe 28 mm ist not perfect for portrait, but I wanted to try it, just for fun. It was a dark corner and I used the Minolta TC-1 with flash and a Tmax 400. I like the result but is of course a matter of personal taste. best regards Marc Welcome, dear visitor! Guest JMF Posted October 29, 2016 Share #23345 Posted October 29, 2016 Not being quite satisfied with the composition of the upward view, I took a double exposure and rotated the camera before the second exposure. Me like a lot better Tri-X SWC azriel.jpg Brilliant !

EoinC Posted October 29, 2016 Share #23348 Posted October 29, 2016 Some more Kodak Gold from last weeks hound exercise getting them ready for the hunt season M4P 28mm Ultron The Kodak Gold has served you well, Gary. The greens and red/browns come through well.
A miller Posted October 30, 2016 Share #23349 Posted October 30, 2016 I am not a big fan of Kodak Gold, but I must say that the colors and overall palette in this photo are sublime. This was my late father's go-to film stock (although I think there was a professional series of this film that he used), and I have the sense that they changed the formula or something in the manufacturing since the manufacture date of the film from 10+ years ago. Don't throw away your out of date Kodak Gold 200, 10 years out of date M4P, color Scopar Love these dog and horse shots, Gary. The greens and browns are really stellar. Those dogs are so cute; don't see enough of them here in NYC Some more Kodak Gold from last weeks hound exercise getting them ready for the hunt season M4P 28mm Ultron Large shot of Port before the off Master of the hunt

EoinC Posted October 30, 2016 Share #23353 Posted October 30, 2016 Some more shots, low on quality, but high on nostalgia - Baan Gaht Dty in the North of Thailand, days before I got married to my wonderful wife - 1988 (Agfachrome, I think - Canon F1N w/ FD 17mm f/4)... wattsy Posted October 30, 2016 Share #23356 Posted October 30, 2016 (edited) Haven't posted a sheep photo for Henry for some time. Can't remember the film and don't have the negs to hand but, judging by the time of day (would be around 5.30am). I suspect T-max 400. wattsy Posted October 30, 2016 Share #23357 Posted October 30, 2016 I guess the second most recognisable feature of the whole south coast (first being the white cliffs of Dover). FP4 I think.

EoinC Posted October 30, 2016 Share #23360 Posted October 30, 2016 (edited) More from the Orang Asli on the South Coast of Timor. interestingly, I didn't find them - They found me. I had ridden from Kupang to the Southern cliffs. After spending a night in a village there, I found a trail down to the coast. I was asleep under a tree down in a cove, and when I woke up, a bunch of them were standing over me. They took me back to their hut, and fed me some coconut. They didn't speak Bahasa, but traded fish for rice sometimes with a small Indonesian village I passed on the way down the hill...
