These are from a very good friend of mine...which she recently back to film after I borrowed my waterproof Canon Sure Shot A1 to her.

Not too bad for a 10£ camera...I love how the colors came out.

Not need to spend a fortune ....

the miracle of the film is to give beautiful colors with almost nothing

I like the color in pictures 2 and 3

Thanks Jonny

Best

I just finished to develop the last Ektar .... with my Summicron 35 tests versus Summilux 35....

I wait for it to dry ... yes I know it is not digital :D  but I like to do my little development "cooking"
... but I am also a good cook  if you're interested :D

The more I see Your pics, the more I like this place. Henry gets me by the feelings when posting Theo side by side to Vincent. Christoph's Storm is beautiful, Mark Tauber superb, johnnyboy's friend's pics are charming - remembering me albums from my Youth... and the whole series with daughter, niece - wow.

I can post this maybe - a portrait I shot from Gery Oth, a photographer and a friend of mine , at a show of his works.

Same Leica IIIf body from 1955, same Elmar 3:5  uncoated from 1936, same 400 TX from Kodak.

Have a nice week-end,

Jean-Marie

I like this shot, Jean-Marie. There is a connection between subject and photographer. Thank you.

two shots from the photo expo -- a very quiet and somewhat disappointing affair this year. but that's not the topic for this thread. show always delivers the opportunity to shoot models under the lights, here are my two entries for this year -- 90mm elmarit m leica m-a portra 400 --

Wonderful, Eoin.  Having family who are photography-lovers must be really fun.

Really nice, Steve.  The vibrance of the colors on this one is amazing.

The next feature along the highway connecting Jerusalem and Tel Aviv that I would like to showcase are the WATERMELONS!  Thousands of them!  So cool!

The first is from the side of the highway to simply show just how close the watermelon patches were, along with some of the other features of the landscape.

The second and third are up for solicitation of favorites and critiques....

Just a couple of weeks after I took these the melons were harvested and the ground become barren like they were never there...
