I'm sure they will be fine, Adam!

I drop my films off at my lab (Palm Laboratories in Birmingham) as soon as I can.  It's  a 100 mile round trip, but I'd rather deliver and collect in person than leave my images to the tender care of Royal Mail.

WOW, 100 miles, now that is devotion to one's craft! Kudos and you make it worthwhile.

A picture for Adam. The artist who painted the graffiti on the attached picture was after creating a 3D look, quite successfully (if you stand in the right position).

Fuji Velvia 50

Superb pano landscape Steve  :)  color and contrast

Very nice, Steve.

I just dropped off 8 of my 30 rolls of velvia 50 at lab in Tel Aviv for a test of their quality. I just cant bear seeing them sit for weeks in my frig. I am having nightmares that i somewhat found a way to blow it on all the rolls and i am eager to see if ANY of them came out in any reasonable fashion.

How quickly do you have your rolls processed at they are exposed?

and the results of your photos is beautiful for both of you

I appreciate your photos when I see, not the same feeling when I look at a digital color photo

Best regards

Thanks Eoin and Henry.

Eoin, I have been shooting Acros pretty much exclusively for the past few years and I don't think I am capable enough to get the best out of it and Rodinal. I like the fact that it is virtually grain free.

Here is another frame from the same roll I shot as the night set in at Ginza.

Bad light condition and nice rendering in this picture Ramesh

Thanks

Henry,

It was at the Caumont centre d'art in Aix-en-Provence. They showed, and may still show some nice works of the English painter Turner. The centre is situated in a nice old hotel particulier. They kept all signs in style, except that they had no old-style design for the wheelchair :)

Polypan-F is NOT an Ilford film (as far as I could find out), not as fine grained as Pan-F by far, and also the general quality is inferior. But it has a nice "matt" characteristic and for that I use it on occasion, mostly rated at ISO 100 in place of the nominal ISO 50.
