atournas Posted July 18, 2016 Share #18662 Posted July 18, 2016 Not sure about the film (shot from early 1990s); most probably Kodak Gold 400. Some correction on the scanned image colours. atournas Posted July 18, 2016 Share #18663 Posted July 18, 2016 (edited) London's South Bank from the much quieter early 1990s. Probably Kodak Gold 400, with a bit of colour correction. philipus Posted July 18, 2016 Share #18664 Posted July 18, 2016 I hesitated before posting these which are from a series I made in Nice last year and which I recently finished. I hope no one takes offence that I post them now. As I don't want to burden the thread I put them in one post (TTL, 50/1.4A, Velvia 100). brPhilip Flickr Flickr Flickr Flickr Flickr Flickr Flickr Flickr Flickr

atournas Posted July 18, 2016 Share #18667 Posted July 18, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) Really nice picture Apostolos. The first in contrejour is superb Beautiful b&w tonality ..... and Welcome to our thread , glad you join us , more please Thanks for sharing Best Henry Thanks, Henry. I discovered this thread only recently. It's made me happy, for I can now upload medium format images as well. Pity we cannot avoid digitisation, scanning and perhaps some post-processing. About the latter, one of my early uploads here (post #18645) was completely untouched, out of the negative. It's a bit low contrast--the exposure was with incident light--but a little of PS makes it more interesting, admittedly. Untouched: Welcome, dear visitor! Paul Thanks Paul for your message I agree and I sincerely satisfied with film images from my 2 Leica M The reason is that I do very little correction sometimes or not at all, as you said, Paul I'm not a correction software expert and I leave that to the specialist. I notice no change between your last two pictures may be a bit change in the exposition In addition when you photograph with an external or internal (in the camera) lightmeter the picture already is and must be fine, the case of my M7 and MP.
