Fotoklaus Posted July 14, 2016 Share #18504 Posted July 14, 2016 Klaus very impressive pictures series and rendering for an "old" film Very nice. Thanks for posting Klaus Best Henry Thanks, Henry! I just describe it as "old", as the new APX has nothing to do with the original. It´s something from Ilford, probably the same as "Kentmere 100".

gbealnz Posted July 14, 2016 Share #18507 Posted July 14, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) Gary, have you tried the new APX 100? Philip. No, I haven't, too devastated about the demise of the old one, just kidding. Nope, please enlighten me, I have a roll of the Rollei 100 stuff, I "thought" that was the replacement? KevinL Posted July 14, 2016 Share #18513 Posted July 14, 2016 Thanks much, gents! I've lurked on this board, and especially this thread, for a while -- I've enjoyed very much seeing everyone here still shooting (and getting wonderful images) with film, so I figured I should contribute some too. Thanks Kevin for sharing and welcome to our thread Stunning b&w and nice rendering tonality in these pictures Nice composition Best Henry Welcome Kevin. Very nice series. I prefer nos 2 and (especially) 3. brPhilip

MT0227 Posted July 14, 2016 Share #18518 Posted July 14, 2016 Would this be close: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1041283-REG/agfa_ap6a1360_agfaphoto_apx_100_professional.html APX100 was my all time favourite, and especially in Rodinal 1:25 or 1:50. philipus Posted July 14, 2016 Share #18520 Posted July 14, 2016 I would have needed that, but no this was wide-open with my f/4 17-40. Not an ideal combo with Velvia 50 indoors. This picture is still luminous inside . Very fine color grain . Impressive Velvia Philip did you shot this photo with a monopod ?
