Doc Henry Posted June 9, 2016 Author Share #16785 Posted June 9, 2016 (edited) Always nice to view on the light-table a 6x9 slide, always. Not having as much "fun" scanning the bigger sizes, I guess I have been spoilt by the Plustek when doing 35mm. Gary Well seen ah pesticides for our health ! Gary, you use what scan for 6x9 the same for 35mm ? Best Henry Edited June 9, 2016 by Doc Henry
Fotoklaus Posted June 9, 2016 Share #16786 Posted June 9, 2016 I don't develop on my own. But I will give this film one more shot sending it to a different place to develop it in a bespoke manner Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I´m using the old, original AGFA APX 100, not the new one (whatever is sold under the name APX...). Just to be clear what we are talking about.

philipus Posted June 9, 2016 Share #16790 Posted June 9, 2016 Thanks very much, I only wish I had more time to play with my films. Btw, since Europe is a smallish place, perhaps some of you would like to know that there will be a Leica meeting in Tilburg, NL, on 2 July (apologies if this has been posted already). Good to see you back Philip, and a nice selfie. Gary very simple yet interesting, Philip. Great examples of your style. Hope all is well. As said Gary , we are glad see you back and post Philip What beautiful red , nice series specially the second picture , very subtle red Thanks for posting Rg Henry
gbealnz Posted June 9, 2016 Share #16791 Posted June 9, 2016 Well seen ah pesticides for our health ! Gary, you use what scan for 6x9 the same for 35mm ? Best Henry No Henry, for 35mm I use the Plustek 8100, and love it. For anything else, I use the BEOON and X-E1. It is a means to the end, but now I have sampled a dedicated (albeit cost effective) scanner, I am less than satisfied. If, big IF, I ever return to M/F I will definitely have to get something better than the BEOON. Don't get me wrong, it works, but even the lowly Plustek works "better". @McLeica Posted June 9, 2016 Share #16799 Posted June 9, 2016 Here we go then. Pushed a roll of Cinestill 50 3 stops and the results were variable. The first picture I've dropped the clarity as there was a bit of 'Schmootz' in the upper right corner and I like the effect, the second looks pretty as a picture. Welcome, dear visitor!
