@McLeica Posted June 6, 2016 Share #16683 Posted June 6, 2016 (edited) Nice trifecta of shots, Mathew. Thanks Eoin. All Ilford Delta 400. A tad too grainy on an overcast day for my liking. Changing my stock of film to Acros to work better with rodinal actually. :-) Edited June 6, 2016 by @McLeica
gbealnz Posted June 6, 2016 Share #16684 Posted June 6, 2016 So, back to the snow, it is cool here right now, unlike the series that Eoin is posting. A couple of tent setting up shots. Guest JMF Posted June 6, 2016 Share #16685 Posted June 6, 2016 Thanks Klaus....I did read about the issues with wires, and light leaks in the bellows if not cared for properly. I'm thinking of using it for environmental portraits; city and landscapes, buildings and a general all round grab and go travel MF tool. The W67 at 55mm/4.5 is about a 27mm in 35mm format. Would you consider the W67 to be a slightly more versatile tool. I'm thinking that I'd rather have the wider angle than the extra stop of speed. What typically is your main subject when shooting your Makina 67? Wim Wenders shoots the Plaubel and is a big fan : Always considered getting the wide verssion, or the Veriwide 100 ! best, JM. Mute-on Posted June 7, 2016 Share #16695 Posted June 7, 2016 The second... London cheese-2.jpg Actually I prefer the first. It has more space for the image to "breathe". The second image has a few too many elements which are individually spectacular, but collectively cluttered. There is always one ... sorry!
