Quick question....probably one for Adam.

I dropped a clanger with a roll of Cinestill 50 and shot it at 400 on my M7.

I know the film has latitude but has anyone pushed it 3 stops before and gotten acceptable results?

Neil,

In Vuescan...for multiple 6X6 fames, got to the input tab..you need to (1) set the fame spacing to 60 or 61 and (2) the frame offset to +/- 0.5 to 1.0

Fame spacing in (1) tells it how large the fame is you are scanning and (2) offset adjusts the gap between frames.   I use 61 and +0.5 for starters with my Coolscan.   This is the only way I've figured out how to scan multiple MF frames.

Good Luck!

Im loading 3.... 6 x 6 negs in the 6 x 6 trays but with Viewscan it gives me back 1 x 135 and 2 x 6x6....WTF is with that

Neil....try a #8 medium yellow, I'm working on a roll of TMAX with it now.  I hope it will give me that slight amount of pop I'm looking for. I agree #15/16 orange adds in too much effect for my liking.

4 of 12 rolls left to develop..........looking at what I have developed so far, I am not sure I would use the 040 orange filter again............to my eye its far to contrasty and difficult to tone down in PP wheres the other way around I feel I can add more contrast if needed.

I will keep posting as and when the negs are dry and scanned

RP , if it is taken the day, risk of overexposure which can be caught up

by high exposure speed that will do your M7 if you choose option "A"

As Adam noted, 3 stops underexposed may not be salvagable but I did read it could be pushed to 400.

Nothing to lose really. Definite experiment coming up I think.
