Looks like I have only got 3 rolls of film left for my last full day. And to think I initially thought I had way to much film with me.

Thanks for the vapor trail, Henry, and also for your kind message asking about me. I apologise for the radio silence; work has unrelentlessly come in the way of my hobbies the last several weeks, which is most annoying. I'll try to follow the thread better and post as time permits.

Btw, I'm very happy to see that the thread continues to be the no. 1 hot forum topic in the LUF emails :) And that there are several new active thread participants. Film rules.

More like a clash of personalities...yours and the world of film, which despite often spontaneous shooting, requires a lot of deliberate, patient and methodical actions throughout the overall process.  This was easy to foresee, Neil.

Jeff maybe so but I'm a fighter and I will continue to fight on. This morning I also shot the first 6 frames of 120 Portra with a yellow/orange filter on. No big deal I wanted to shoot it in B&W anyway.

I'm gradually getting my head around the fac that I should only shoot keepers meaning being methodical with every shot. I'm getting there. When I was in Tanzania in January I was shooting 3000 frames a day. Here in Vietnam I shooting 5 rolls of 120 a day and could reduce that to 2 rolls quite easily. I'm just bracketing to much right now until I can predict the outcome of my metering...... I'm getting there, you just need to be patient and believe in your old mucker Neil
