Keith (M) Posted March 17, 2016 Share #12621 Posted March 17, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) Here's a try I did. Same subject shot in three different ways: Leica with Summaron 3,5, Fuji X-E2 with Summaron 35mm (though it becomes a 52mm) and Fuji X-E2 with the infamous Voigtländer 21mm (a 31mm in full format). I used the medium yellow filter with the Leica and I've set up the Fuji in the same way using the Voigtländer lens. The second has a different FOV, obviously, and I've shot them about the same time, with one hour difference more or less. Which one is better? Hey Doc? Richer tones & higher contrast in the first - (and blocked shadows in the avenue of trees?). Do I see dust spots too?

lleo Posted March 17, 2016 Share #12622 Posted March 17, 2016 Yep, Keith. Dust spots I don't think. If you mean the tiny one in the sky, it's a very small cloud. I've actually cleaned it the best I could.

christoph_d Posted March 17, 2016 Share #12626 Posted March 17, 2016 So the film seems to have survived the the baggage X-ray exposure - well at least the 100 ISO stuff has as I'm yet to scan the 800 Cinestill Fitzroy, Melbourne R7, Ektar 100, 28-90 Vario-Elmarit-R 033031 (2)-Edit.jpg Mark, I like the colours in your night pictures! Ektar handled the dark and colours well in both shots. Good news on the X-Ray front.

Guest Posted March 18, 2016 Share #12640 Posted March 18, 2016 Weggis - Ilford Delta 100 film by -Ric Capucho- Another long exposure - Ilford Delta 100. Been playing with Delta 100 and pushing it to 400 - fog, snow, trees, the usual routine. The results look very similar to non-pushed, which is quite impressive. Shall try Delta 400 soon and see how they compare. Ric
