A miller Posted January 21, 2016 Share #9941 Posted January 21, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) Our youngest is going on a deployment and so we went to see him off this weekend. My wife decided to photo bomb the one picture...I really got a chuckle out of that. I think that the film was Kodak Color Plus 200 or Kodak UltraMax 400. Since it was so low lit in the Taco Bell, I was using about 1/4 second shutter speed and though there is SOME blur, I think it came out good enough to keep. I developed it at recommended temp at home. I was trying out my new hotplate and temperature controller. They worked fine. Great moment. Great son. Godspeed to him and I hope he helps the ass-kicking effort and returns safely.

hepcat Posted January 21, 2016 Share #9943 Posted January 21, 2016 Another one from the old town in Nice, again TTL and 50/1.4A, 5222 at EI200 in Diafine. Flickr This looks more like something from a surrealist's canvas than a photographer's camera. The angles, lighting, textures, and perspective are all perfect... and amazing. Well done!
philipus Posted January 21, 2016 Share #9944 Posted January 21, 2016 Thank you very much Roger. The old town in Nice is cool for many reasons, including its myriad of narrow (to very narrow) alleys. hepcat Posted January 21, 2016 Share #9945 Posted January 21, 2016 Thank you very much Roger. The old town in Nice is cool for many reasons, including its myriad of narrow (to very narrow) alleys. A city can be many things, but it takes an artist's eye and a photographer's skill to capture it like this. Again, well done!
Guest Posted January 21, 2016 Share #9946 Posted January 21, 2016 Hütten by -Ric Capucho- XP2, yet again. But I'm now low on stocks... Couple of months ago, and my eldest lad and I were driving home through a thick mist. He asked me how high up the mist went, so I told him we should find out... We live at 700m, but the hill above us tops out at 1,200m. So up we went, and this is what we saw. Ric

chrism Posted January 21, 2016 Share #9948 Posted January 21, 2016 (edited) It occurred to me today that I have never used the Visoflex with film, so I took a rather incestuous photo of its box: Visoflex 3 by chrism229, on Flickr M2, Visoflex 3, Summarit 90, Neopan 400, HC-110 1+47, Rondix tank, X1 scan. philipus Posted January 21, 2016 Share #9949 Posted January 21, 2016 Very atmospheric "noir-ish" shots Jean-Marc. And a truly gripping trailer.
