Doc Henry Posted December 12, 2015 Author Share #8463 Posted December 12, 2015 (edited) This spot is overrun by tourists (and someone visiting from Los Angeles definitely counts as a tourist in the eyes of an SF local), but it's hard not to get a nice picture. Nikon FM3a 50mm f1.8 AIS Ektar 100 developed and scanned by Costco JM very nice series All it's fine for color , atmosphere well reproduced IMHO. This last one is superb Thanks for sharing It's Ektar , one of Adam favorite film Best Henry Edited December 12, 2015 by Doc Henry

Doc Henry Posted December 12, 2015 Author Share #8466 Posted December 12, 2015 Hello Henry, Nice photos. I think I like the M8 photo a little better. Altho I wasn't there to see what the colors actually were. Best Regards, Michael Hi Michael, it lacks detail and color in the shaded area in the foreground In general the color is less bright better in film Ektar as I said above Thanks for your advice Michael Best regards Henry
christoph_d Posted December 12, 2015 Share #8467 Posted December 12, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Very nice color Christoph What's CN ? Best Henry Good Morning Henry, Digibase CN 200 is a colourfilm from Rollei that is characterised through the absence of the reddish colourmask that most other colour negative films have. To my eye it gives slightly old fashioned colours - which I quite like. Regards Christoph
Keith (M) Posted December 12, 2015 Share #8468 Posted December 12, 2015 Another view of Brantome and the River Dronne. MP, Summaron 35mm f2.8, Portra 400. The rich colours from this film are quite at variance with the more pastel shades of Ektar exhibited in the photos uploaded by Adam et al. Or is it just the fairly intense sunlight? jip Posted December 12, 2015 Share #8470 Posted December 12, 2015 Also I couldn't help myself use up the developer stock I still had: Leica R8, Vario-Elmar-R 1:4/35-70 Macro, ILFORD FP4+ (Home developed in D76 1+3) "100 years of Leica" magazine, and a flower bouquet.
