Exactly, that's the place Henry, well spotted. It's a nice place for playing around with shapes, shadows and silhouettes. Here are two more from the same roll.

For comparison of tonality, here's a Tri-X in HC-110. I forget which dilution unfortunately and I'm not sure which lens but probably the 50/1.4 Asph. Of course the comparison only goes so far because of choices made during the post-processing.

Well balanced composition Keith, the across and Rodinal combo have given a nice tone and definition to the image that is very pleasing.

Another tele lens I use is the Apo Telyt 135 when the subject is too far

for example in this case , there is a pond. :)

What do you think about the definition and general rendering ?

Giverny Claude Monnet's water lily pond

White lily reproduced in Monet's impressionist painting.

Far or near, the pictures are not quite the same with 50 or 135 mm here an example :)
Bokeh is prettier and we have a feeling of space. You can tell me that could also shoot with a 90,

that's right.

Focus at 1.5 m

at our rose garden

I like the "soft" side of the picture versus the same I shot with my M9

( "smooth" lines of the rose and must be corrected in LR for color)
