I tried some macro in color (Fujifilm Superia 400), mostly to see how the color is. At shutter speed 1/10s I need to look into a tripod, manual mirror up etc.

Nice Kiev 60! Does it work fine? Is it reliable? :p

Anyway:

That's what a Lotus looks like when it breaks down.

Ric

Mmm? This Lotus wasn't broken, actually it was in quite good conditions...perhaps you're more into these cars:

Ok that was a crazy composition I tried to add some variation to my pics.

fwiw, here is a real juxtaposition of sorts.  A candid portrait using the sublime 75mm summilux but with tri-x pushed to 1000 ISO.  The loss of sharpness from the pushing of the film is very evident.  Still quite a dreamy rendition, and if the subject were (much) more attractive it may actually be sufficiently interesting.  I share this simply for the illustration of of the lens and pushed film combo.  Best, Adam

I have an old fashioned German car for you Adam (POrsche 356 A)! It was taken with a Summarit 35mm, Tmax 400 and MP. I agree that it is not perfect but for me it is a very important photo, because it was my first PE print in my darkroom. Since I did not have a scanner at that time, I took a digital photo of my analog PE print.

best regards

Marc

Hi All, I'm back but I see that there are great pictures here on the last pages even with outdated rolls.

Thanks All for posting  :)

The weather is bad and my hiking at 3000 meters has been canceled and postponed

(fog, snow and avalanche risk)

.... but I anyway come back with photos : 7 rolls of Kodak Portra 400 - 160 and 3 Kodak TX400
I'll post some pictures for your kindness
! :)

Best

Henry

Sorry,

here comes the car:

Gorgeous, Marc.  Very worthy of a print, indeed.  I will now reveal my ignorance and remark that the car looks a tiny bit like a "bug"/"beetle"
