Quiet evening in Sayan

That evening in Bali was so tranquil

that the click of the Leica M6 woke Andan up.
2 pictures taken one after the other.
One scan to create this diptych.

First time I hear of "Lady Grey B&W 400 ASA" - any more information on it?

Thanks

Quick Google gave me this, amongst others:

http://microsites.lomography.com/film/

I couldn't help but wonder, Lady Grey, and Earl Grey, for a minute I thought I was buying tea?

The Quiet Evening in Sayan shots looked lovely though, very nice.

Henry, the last one looks very refreshing.

Adam, thanks for your comment

Mekong River is very dangerous for swimming. Every year there are many drowned.

The river current is very strong in some places. Water is cool

Adam a new lens for street Photo ? Nice b&w picture

It's not the same interpretation between color and b&w

and yet it is the street Photo :)

It reminds me more Henri Cartier Bresson.

TX is really nice too , it looks like Lady Grey of Carl below

Thanks for posting

Best

Now some pictures in Kodak Portra 400 for Carl

We are at 350 km / h and the mountain range in the clouds that you see

are the French Pre-Alps,  snowy in April , the Alps (Mont Blanc 4800m )

are behind it. One part of this Pre-Alps is in Provence that Gary knows well.

one more for contre-jour (great dynamic of film)

we go through very hilly pastures with beautiful light green, very relaxing

As usual, no correction needed  for these pictures.

Really relaxing the film,  no dependence Photo Software.

and we only focus , frame and shoot .What pleasure  :)

We are still going through at high speed, an area of bright light green hills but completely in the fog
In fact, the landscape changes quickly. This is the "landscape photography" like street photo of Adam  with  new pictures every
10 minutes.
I do not correct the picture and so I do not denature the ambiance,  but it became very dark outside

I also thought I was ordering tea when I got in touch with the Lomo store in Jakarta.

Very difficult in Indonesia to find the regular Kodak, Ilford or Agfa film. I use what I can.

I must say that the 100 asa Earl Grey gives a soft rendering. At least that is my experience till now.

Thanks for your comment Gary.
