Very atmospheric images, Henry. It is a few years now since I last shot HP5+, I have been using Tri-X and lately some Neopan 400.

The image below is from the same roll of Porta 160 as my earlier colour shots (M7 + Summaron 35mm f2.8) and was taken when peering over a sea wall at Oropesa del Mar. Sometimes one looks at a scene and thinks "hmm, I could make something of that..."

Very very nice Keith like velvety :)

This excellent thread should be Sticky.

Mike.

Hi Mike, thank you for the suggestion, may be it would I ask Andreas or moderator :)

It is true that with the arrival of the new Leica MA, we have to do !

I take this opportunity to thank again all film lovers and LUF friends who have posted here. Without them this thread would not be as it is today

Meanwhile, another fog picture with Ilford HP5 400 Isos at 7am (quite difficult light conditions) but the film captures well the atmosphere with the fog droplets

(which freshen the face) and film grain silver !

I like the texture "veined" and "marbled" of these buildings through the film.

Very nice LBraz :)

In vertical shooting, and always under frame with a large margin, it gives more perspective

What do you think ? :)

I also enlarged this photo with my Focomat, put on frame with a large margin and hanging in my living room.
