Was wondering Gary, do you get the 24 or 36 exposure rolls of film for a pound?

36 exposures Agfa Vista Plus is around 2.50 euro in Holland.

Still a lot cheaper than Portra though... :o

Its the 24 exposure, I was also told there was some Ferrania solaris at some stores

Definitely the B&W version in this case.

I second your views on the MacroElmar-M 90 - I have it with me along with the 35FLE while I'm in the city for three days of chemo. I have a roll of Ultramax 400, one of Superia 400 and one of XP2. I hope I will feel well enough to use them (and that the weather co-operates!)

Coincidence?

I just shot a photo of that with my Hasselblad two days ago!

Colors look good. :)

About the last two, keep it in color. I like it better, especially because of the sun.

...:)

another "fabulous" Leica lens the Summicron 28 Asph , made by Leica for Leica body, light and compact for an M !

Look at this picture with Kodak Portra 160 Picture Uncorrected (Tiff>Jpeg for the post)

Your opinion ?

Chris , you have the ME 90 ? a really good lens in my opinion ! keep it , don't sell !

Good idea after the chemo to go to shoot in nature for changing your mind ! after the photo shoot, a good rest will be the best for you !

Thanks for your choice and comment :)

I found I had accidentally made a double exposure with the first two shots of my last roll. Could it be that the rewind lever didn't return all the way to vertical by itself as it usually does when you wind on a new film? No other frames were affected.

I sold one once, and had to buy it over again! Stupid, I know, but we all do it at least once with Leica lenses.
