Stuart, for better sound and you're right, the radiation problem of transformer , you need a separate preamp.

Yes I have separate pre-amp tubes, with a vinyl disc input, sound better than the CD :) I have vinyl which date from

1970 and are still new

I'm back after looking after my partner, it's been had taking photos holding 2 dogs just been using my A7 so i don't waste beautiful film

I have only shot about 4 rolls of the 100 feet but so far really like it, here's one developed to the massive dev chart, some better shots to follow from the latest roll
