lambroving Posted April 15, 2007 Author Share #21 Posted April 15, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Brother James! Decided to torture me, eh? That pub is owned by a group and the staff is usually "imported" and switches between pubs. I've seen Swedish, Spanish, Italian, etc. over the years, but as long as the ales are well-kept (they are fanatical) and the cook is good, I could care less. Can't recall any complaints last July. http://www.leica-camera-user.com/customer-forum/2231-official-william-ron-sighting-thread-2.html?highlight=Grenadier John, Not too busy for me but I can't really be objective. Justin suggested I move a bit more to the left, but 90' above the waterline that was not in the cards! Bill, Super nice chromes! That last one particularly. Too bad I never had that light. That sailing ship looks very interesting but it is probably far beyond my means. I note they still do not give you much time in any one port, but there is one cruise which hits some of your favorite destinations. How much for ten days? Did you sail into Marigot when you visited St. Martin?

stunsworth Posted April 15, 2007 Share #22 Posted April 15, 2007 No wonder the US invaded Grenada - it's beautiful! Indeed it does, mind you William's second shot looks like a good ad for oceanic water skiing ;-) Like some others I can't think of a worse way to travel than by cruise ship, having spent quite a bit of time in the Greek islands you can spot the cruise people a mile off on the smaller islands - they're the ones who don't look scruffy and seem to be rushing everywhere :-). I did once spend a week sailing in Turkey on small boat and enjoyed it greatly.
