The Gent. Posted March 7, 2013 Share #1 Â Posted March 7, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi guys, Â I have been using the 21mm color scopar on my M8 for a while now but have discovered the dreaded red vignette now that I use it on the M9. Â I was going to upgrade to the Leica 21mm elmarit anyway so it's not to much of a concern. I just wanted to ask if the red vignette is not present when using the 21mm elmarit. Â Thanks. rramesh Posted March 11, 2013 Share #4 Â Posted March 11, 2013 This is the right code as indicated earlier. It is also the easiest to mark as it requires only one black dot. With the latest firmware and assuming you have a good version (quality control on CV is a bit of a hit and miss), you should be OK. The new ones are better as it does come with a coding groove.
