Advertisement Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Hi davidecossu, Take a look here m6 batteries. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
erl Posted March 26, 2007 Share #2 Posted March 26, 2007 David, The batteries in the M6 are ONLY for the light meter. If you use a hand meter or guestimate your exposure, the batteries are not needed at all. The M6 is a totally mechanical camera. You may have heard some info that relates only to the M7 which has an electronical controlled shutter requiring batteries, but works mechanically at 1/60 & 1/125. Both are excellent cameras with differing virtues.
