The film was underexposed by 1 stop by accident (I thought I had XP2 400 in the camera, but had 200asa colour print film! ) Susie
 Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! jc_braconi Posted February 13, 2013 Share #22 Posted February 13, 2013 Hi All, The film was underexposed by 1 stop by accident (I thought I had XP2 400 in the camera, but had 200asa colour print film! ) Susie 2 stop had been better, I prefer the rendering on the bottom half of the pict. thomas_schertel Posted February 14, 2013 Share #23 Posted February 14, 2013 I am not able to find new A36 yellow filters in the U.S.. Is it not made anymore in this size and I have to buy classic used filters specifically made for the early 35 3.5 Summarons? you could also look for the ring SOOGZ, Then you can use E-39 filters. Disadvantage: you need a fitting sun shade, e.g: ITDOO, IROAA, 12571, 12585, 12538. The original FOOKH would no longer fit. yours sincerely Thomas
viooh Posted February 14, 2013 Share #24 Posted February 14, 2013 Be aware that the Summaron 3,5/35 is very prone to fogging - in my experience more so than most other LTM lenses. My repairperson once refused to accept one for cla because of the soft coatings on the internal lens surfaces. Performance of this lens very much depends on how clean the glass is.
