marc_dufour Posted January 23, 2013 Author Share #3 Posted January 23, 2013 Ingrid, When travel I usually just take 3 lenses with me: 21-35, 35-70 and 70-210, the one used is in this case. In other circumstances, the Apo-Macro 100 would have been my choice, for sure. How I missed it... Thanks a lot for your comment and appreciation! Thank you, Stuart. marc_dufour Posted January 24, 2013 Author Share #7 Posted January 24, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Marc, pleases me you so many possibilities has to photograph of motives so or so and which besides you have an amount of fun for me everything must cover my small Pana what is possible Ingrid, 20 years ago I enjoyed a lot taking macro pictures outside. To do it, I took a lot of gear: heavy tripod for the camera, small tripods for two flashes, reflector, extension bellows, etc., etc... Today the tendency is to limit, more and more. No tripod, 3 zooms if travel, 3 fixed lens near home (50, 100, 180). Even so, it's often too many lenses, too much gear. When I see as a wide range lens (Leica D 14-150, attached to a Digilux 3) gives so many possibilities, I wonder if I finally it wouldn't be enough, as it is. Less gear means limit the options, but estimulates creativity. After all, the matter is to enjoy! Best wishes.
