Venkman Posted March 23, 2007 Share #21 Posted March 23, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Way to go - don't forget to get yourself some IR cut filters if you want to use it on weddings, else you could be tempted to leave the M8 out of your toolbox because slightly mauve colored tuxedos. Advertisement Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Hi Venkman, Take a look here Voigtländer Color-Heliar 2.5-75mm. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
johnll Posted March 23, 2007 Share #22 Posted March 23, 2007 I have several Voigtlander lenses - either LTM, each with the appropriate Voigtlander adapters (28/3.5, 35/2.5 "classic", 50/2.5, 90/3.5), or M-mount (35/1.2) - and I am very satisfied with every one of them. IMHO, in real life photography (as opposed to lab tests) there is no detectable difference in image quality. There would be differences in side-by-side comparisons, but even then the Voigtlander lenses would not necessarily come out second best - it would depend a lot on the nature of the subject and what you want.
