Advertisement Posted September 18, 2013 Posted September 18, 2013 Hi algrove, Take a look here Leica R to M adapter. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
mmx_2 Posted September 18, 2013 Share #42 Posted September 18, 2013 Oh, I misunderstood. I thought it was already coded. No, you are right, it is coded, at least it has the white strip and it seems to be "at the right place", however even so I cannot get the camera to regonize it:(. So I thought, maybe I should send it in to get a "proper" coding. (Or try a different adaptor). How wide is your stripe?

So I thought, maybe I should send it in to get a "proper" coding. (Or try a different adaptor). How wide is your stripe? If you have a Match Technical Coder Kit the white on my Novoflex exactly matches the Coder coding strips, but it is not wider at all. It's just inside the coder ones as a reference point. Mine came with matte black paint over the entire 6 bit coding area (then the white put over that). Perhaps you are getting some reflection from your black area which makes your camera think there are other white reflectance areas besdes position #3.
