How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2480 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Files” and s

Before I left Perth this week, our youngest daughter and I went down to look at this year's Sculptures by the Sea exhibitions. After she ran out of film, I lent her my Monochrom with Super Angulon 21mm. Here are a couple of her shots with it (Cross-posted in Monochrom 2 thread)...

tried my 90mm f4 collapsible Elmar on my MM1 today for the first time...only paid about $250 for it from KEH and it's in remarkable condition for it's age even thought they rated it "Bargain"
.....looks like previous owners didn't use it much.
Not a bad little lens for circa 1955....

None of the metering issues with the SA? thought it reaches too far back on a digital M?

I wasn't using the camera's metering, but the lighting was fairly static, and lots of latitude on the Monochrome, as long as the highlights are protected.

Here's one I shot literally "from the hip" with my MMv1 and 50/2.0 V4.  I think my sensor is showing some corrosion!  See the spots in the upper right hand corner and by his glasses.  Let me know what you think please!
