James Mitchell Posted March 16, 2007 Share #3 Â Posted March 16, 2007 Tony Rose at Popflash has the 55mm B+W 486 filters. Just came in a couple of days ago, I think. He also has 39, 43, and 46--last time I checked.

He also has 39, 43, and 46--last time I checked. Â Tony gets regular shipments of the filters so what you should do is to tell him what you need. When he knows for sure they are coming he will email you and you can place the order. I have been able to get 39, 55 and 46mm using this approach. robsteve Posted March 16, 2007 Share #6  Posted March 16, 2007 Bill:  What country are you in? It might help some of the other members find you some filters.  If you are in Canada, try Camtec cameras in Montreal.  Leica Boutique - Best choice for leica products in Canada  Robert

bill vann Posted March 17, 2007 Author Share #10  Posted March 17, 2007 thanks all.  post was two fold, one is to help the group recycle filter as they changed lenses. two the 60mm is quite elusive  i'm outside NYC, had an unpleasant experience with cambridge, got some of my 486s from tony and will get a 55 from him if he still has one, but the 60 is rare.  was going to get a D-LUX3 from tony as a carry around but got a 90 summicron instead. like it more than the CV apo lanthar but so much heavier, don't know which will stay in the stable. i require as light a kit as possible due to any extremely fragile, thrice rebuilt back. anyone from DP Kodak i'm looking at number 4 :-(.  got a 21mm aph and while i love it may go back to the CV just because of weight.  did a trip and think 28-50 the best walkabout so will try just the tri-elmar next trip.  just unsure of the D-LUX3 files, even raws. any feedback  finally anyone with the CV 12mm heilar? any filter options other than the 77mm adapter? i'd glue in a smaller one just to save size. i'm sure someone tried??  kindly  bill
