krisnadi.anwar Posted October 3, 2012 Share #1 Posted October 3, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi All, Just bought a Leica X2 and have charged the battery to full. I was just at a trip overseas for photography and wanted to recharge my battery, but the charger is not working! When I came back home I tried to charge it and still not working. I have asked the Leica shop regarding warranty, however the shop said that warranty does not cover accessories. That I would have to buy a new one at cost if approx USD 110 Any ideas regarding this problem? Any help/comments would help Thanks,

pop Posted October 3, 2012 Share #2 Posted October 3, 2012 That seems perfectly absurd. Even if the charger was bought separately it must be covered by a warranty. In your place I would forward this query to Leica's Customer Service, along with the address of the retailer.
krisnadi.anwar Posted October 3, 2012 Author Share #3 Posted October 3, 2012 That was my initial thought. The warranty should cover parts within the original purchase. Much thanks for your idea/help
