wattsy Posted September 28, 2012 Share #61  Posted September 28, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) They explicitly said that the M9 and the M9-P are not produced any longer.  Here in the UK there is a new "trade-in" scheme that Leica are running for the M9P - it effectively reduces the price of the M9P by close to £1000 and pretty much confirms that Leica are keen to flush out remaining stock rather than produce any more. IMO it also suggests that Leica must be quite confident that the new M will start to appear in the retail channel early in the new year because, without it, they will soon only have the M-E and MM as available products.
