Digiscoping with Televid 77 and Digilux 5

I am trying to mate up the Digilux 5 with a Televid 77 and having no success. I also came up with several Leica digiscoping adapters, but none of them seem to work out too well. Any thoughts on how to digiscope with these items?

I did a lot of this with the DL-4. My favorite frame is a piliated wood pecker. I will post it in a few minutes. I too have a DL-5 and will help if I can. I have sold my adapters, scope, etc, but still have a video made in Great Britian that I would bequeath to you.

Thanks Al. that's a great shot. Stunning bird. I live in Alaska and i believe we have this type of woodpecker come through occasionally.

 

How could i obtain a copy of the video?

Albert, I'm interested when you said, a few years so now, that that shot was by far the most successful with the Televid, as though suchshotsare few and far between.

 

I'm thinking of getting one, so would be interested in how you are finding it now.

It is difficult, at least for me. Long story but I got lucky. I am down to snapping-away with a DL-5 and posess no other hardware.
