smgorsch Posted March 13, 2007 Share #1 Â Posted March 13, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) I know this may be silly but I just received M8 last week (great) and today decided to try the 28mm Cron that I got with the 50mm Lux. Well, it was windy as all get out & kicking up dust as I walked down the lane...Ordinarily, I trust to my lens cover to keep lens pristine (and IR filter when it arrives). How concerned should I be about protecting the viewfinder cutout on the 28mm -- even with the lens cover on there's a gaping hole that I envision attracting all the cosmic dust in the County.
