Advertisement Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 Hi Guest NEIL-D-WILLIAMS, Take a look here New camera bag needed. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
bill Posted August 8, 2012 Share #22  Posted August 8, 2012 I think this thread neatly illustrates that there are three dimensions to buying a bag:  Practicality Taste Context I wouldn't be seen dead with a bag like that and it would stick out like a sore thumb around here.  Equally you would probably deride my taste and think my choice of bag conspicuous.  C'est la vie  Seriously, enjoy it. I hope it does the job for you.  Regards,  Bill

algrove Posted August 8, 2012 Share #25  Posted August 8, 2012 There will be once I get the Tenba insert sewn in  Heck, what I have done for years is just switch my A&A red inserts between different bags instead of sewing it in place and they have all the padding you'll ever need. I do not have A&A bags, but use their inserts from generic backpacks to shoulder bags and no one knows what's inside. Now I must admit they are made for Leica gear, but even my 70-200 Nikon fits in my cheap Walmart backpack even while stacking 2 of the A&A inserts on top of each other for a total of two M bodies and 6 lenses.  Now that I have the ONA backpack I will carry (only when shooting wildlife from a distance) the Nikon gear in the bottom and some Leica gear on the top compartment shelf for easy access. It must not clash with the 'style' or 'taste' of the client. Hmm... black Peli Storm iM2500?  I'm not sure anyone would want to snatch this from the owner, either; looks like a sniper's kit bag. rramesh Posted August 9, 2012 Share #28 Â Posted August 9, 2012 I think more than a bag, what you need is a really good strap. After all, that's where your camera will be most of the time.
Guest NEIL-D-WILLIAMS Posted August 19, 2012 Share #29 Â Posted August 19, 2012 New Belstaff Bag arrived and also the Tenba liner and it fits perfect, I will take some pictures later
dickgrafixstop Posted August 20, 2012 Share #30 Â Posted August 20, 2012 If you really have to "carry" all that stuff - consider a Pelican PCS bag. Couple of models, durable ballistic nylon with more than adequate padding, optional wheels, and the shoulder bag is sized to neatly fit inside one of their hardsided shipping containers. You could buy a couple of each for what Leica asks for their hardsided case and get everything by the red logo.
Messsucherkamera Posted August 20, 2012 Share #31 Â Posted August 20, 2012 What about a Kalahari K12? I love that bag! Â The K12 is a nice looking bag - looks suspiciously like a Domke F2, doesn't it??
