Mine is my favourite M lens of all and has always done exactly what my eye and fingers told it on M8 and M9 (whether I got it right or wrong!) I've had it several years,. Solms did check it and tweak it for free when the forum was visiting in 2009.I largly shoot portraiture and flowers actually! with mine and most often about f/4 fr the DoF I want but it seems perfectly accurate in close and wide open too.
