Moonshine Posted June 19, 2012 Share #1 Posted June 19, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) I know there is no macro mode in the X2 but have noticed some people taking really nice macro like shots. Is there a setting that can help in attaining really close focus of objects? Would love to try it and see. Any advice?
Advertisement Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 Hi Moonshine, Take a look here X2 macro shots. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
chaimemet Posted June 19, 2012 Share #2 Posted June 19, 2012 I bought a Marumi Achromat Macro 330 (+3) filter 49mm lens. It fits onto a lens adapter barrel. Here is a sample taken the other day with the X2. Watch 1/32, f4, ISO 100. Mangos 1/2, f16, ISO 100 both on manual focus cropped and tweaked in PS4 sharpen I play with the color selection in the camera but the standard setting is really spot on. Welcome, dear visitor! Here is an older pic that was taken with my X1 some time ago. John Welcome, dear visitor!
