The factory faxed me a memo saying that it is recommended to adjust the parallel guide. Does anyone know what it is? Parallel guide is a part of the helical focusing mechanism. A simple description - it keeps the various components of the focusing mount moving in parallel and without excessive play. You probably had a small amount of lateral play in the mount and that is why an adjustment might be needed. All the best, Jan
