ludovich Posted May 27, 2012 Share #1 Â Posted May 27, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) I dropped my M9 mounted with my 50 lux asph head first on the hood, it bent and even though I was able to bend it back with pliers (after removing it from the lens) I would need to get a replacement since it looks kinda chewed up now and doesn't extend easily anymore. You can probably send it to Leica in New Jersey and have it repaired, inspected and calibrated free of charge. Â If only camera bodies still came with passport warranty, but alas that is no longer the case.
