GMB Posted May 27, 2012 Share #1 Posted May 27, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) I thought I would not need a second battery for the S2 unless I would travel to a remote location where there would be no power access for several days, as I never actually depleted the battery more than 50% in a single day. WRONG thought! Yesterday, my battery died without any warning. I had charged it overnight, put it in the camera, nothing happened. Fortunately, my dealer, who is just a block away from where I live, had a replacement battery. I meanwhile learned that this has happened to others. The thought that this could have happened during my safari in January or somewhere in the middle of Sri Lanka April, still freaks me out. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
