It will be from the thieves. The next step is probably that you have to click on a link that will say it's from DHL, and will take you to a web page that looks just like a genuine DHL page. There you will be asked to enter your address and credit card details so that the camera can be sent to you. In fact at this point the thieves will have your credit card details - name, number, expiration date and security code - and can empty your account.
