I have a 1936 IIIa that I use regularly, which will reach it's centenary thirty years before I reach mine (if spared). Alarmingly, we're only 24 years away from that and 24 years ago it was 1988, which is recent memory for those of us that were there at the time. My IIIa is a relatively mature model compared to others: which is likely to be the Leica in modern usage that is likely to reach this milestone first? (ie excluding the Ur-Leicas and models which are by now too historical for common use) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
