Eric Posted April 1, 2012 Share #1 Posted April 1, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Dear forum members, This week I discovered one of the disadvantages of my new 50mm summilux: the availability of colorfilters for black and white photography. In spring I love to use a yellow-green filter. I know Leica does not produce these anymore and this week my local Leica dealer told me that B&W does no longer produce this filter either . Does anyone of you know if other brands still make yellow-green filters (heliopan?) and if, where to buy them? Filter size is 46mm. I thank you in advance for your suggestions. }{B Posted April 2, 2012 Share #4 Posted April 2, 2012 Depending on where you live you may be able to get one from Ffordes in Scotland. They are showing Hoya Y/G in 46mm. Hoya still list them on their website so even if Ffordes are out of stock they may be able to order one for you. Alternatively keep an eye on their used list as they do turn up from time to time. I got a Y/G in 43mm that way a few months ago. 46mm Screw thread Range - Ffordes Photographic
