Given that Matsushita is one of the three original developers and founders of the SD format and SD Card Association respectively. I would suspect that any new Panasonic brand digital camera to be announce from now on will support SDHC. This should include the strongly rumored and soon to be announced Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX2 that most likely would be the basis of a Leica D-Lux 3. Hopefully, at the other end of the Leica digital spectrum, with no relationship to Panasonic, the same will be true and the digital M will also support SDHC.
