veritas_1 Posted March 4, 2012 Share #81 Â Posted March 4, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) I think the best strategy is to select a few dealers and let them put you on their list in parallel. You take the first that gets back with the confirmation and then cancel the others (if they even get in touch). You also have to phone around about when the shipments will come in so that they will keep you in memory and you are the first there. Â But I would do this immediately after the M10 is announced, same day if you want. In my experience, and reading about others as well, you will almost certainly get one then when the first batch is delivered. Before announcement, most dealers won't even have an organised list and you probably would have to remind them anyway... Â For Germany, I can recommend Meister Camera (Hamburg/Berlin) and Foto Rahn (Frankfurt). Especially in the beginning a few weeks after the M9 and M9-P were shipped I found these dealers actually had 2 or more models in stock, in the shop. Now with lenses, that's a different story. Â Good luck

Your Old Dog Posted March 4, 2012 Share #82 Â Posted March 4, 2012 The M10 is not all it's cracked up to be. The one I have is leaner then the M9 but not worth what they are asking for it. The 80 megapixel sensor is entirely overkill and really eats memory. On mine the television feature only works if you're less then 10 miles away and another thing, the wipers for the self cleaning lenses is kind of a joke, they streak? Â That's been my findings, your mileage may vary?

I find it a bit small for Angry Birds.  It takes photos though, I gather.
rramesh Posted March 5, 2012 Share #84 Â Posted March 5, 2012 Here's how to get the M10. Â Park yourself on the M10, in a BMW with an M10 engine, with an M10 tank destroyer alongside to blow away queue jumpers, carry a Garmin M10 for any emergencies, look up to the Messier 10 nebula and pray really hard, you don't get run over. Â Just make sure another you bring along another forum-er with an M9 to take this picture and post on this forum.
