Ecar Posted March 19, 2012 Share #21 Â Posted March 19, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Agree. Fun little lens, just like the 35mm. Very easy to focus, although setting focus and aperture indipendently is a different story... The exposed aperture blades are a bit worrying, even with the hood on. Only wish Miyazaki San had thought of a more practical lens cap design.

flyalf Posted March 19, 2012 Share #22 Â Posted March 19, 2012 Only wish Miyazaki San had thought of a more practical lens cap design. Â Totally agree. I have made my own from a one-time pink shampoo bottle. Covers the hood, but looks like a ..eeeh... erect nipple.

Double Negative Posted March 20, 2012 Author Share #24 Â Posted March 20, 2012 I'm all for small lenses (heck I've got a bag o' Skopars) but I think eventually... You reach a point of diminishing returns. If size were *that* much of an issue, you can just use a P&S. Â These lenses are clearly pretty cool for a variety of reasons. But I don't think I'd want to use one on a daily basis.
