peter_n Posted January 4, 2012 Share #21 Posted January 4, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) I've owned both black and silver E43 LHSA versions of the 50 ASPH lenses and my experience was that from the get go the silver one was smooth and the black one wasn't. Both lenses are brass so it was a construction/tolerance issue I suppose. I did work assiduously (very assiduously) on the black lens over several months and it has been smooth now for a couple of years. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
