hoppyman Posted December 22, 2011 Share #1 Β Posted December 22, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) I know several photographers (one well known here) who have successfully used their Leica cameras in the Polar regions. Recently I was interested to notice a new contender when I watched a BBC documentary featuring Ben Fogle (an adventurer and documentary maker) who joined an expedition that is working to preserve Scott's hut in Antarctica. As he was shown photographing various objects within the hut his camera looked remarkably like the little X1. Any further information or comment from anyone? If so it is well worth Leica Camera taking notice, I think.
