I try to format the card and i just get the red blinking light and nothing ever happens. Me too Rob  The Transcend 150X 4Gb cards seem to work perfectly with the M8. I have been shooting with them since early November 2006 and have had no problems whatsoever.  These forums are just wonderful. Just think of what it would take if you had to self-discover all of this stuff on your own. Â Me too Steve and have been using the 150X 4Gb card since December 7th, the day I received the camera. Worst thing that has happened is the title of the card changes back to unknown card virtually every time I use it. Absolutely no problem since the images are not affected at all (including the image numbering) but it would be better if it retained my M8 images title instead of unknown card.
