Rudgey Posted December 7, 2011 Share #1 Â Posted December 7, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm thinking of buying a Summicron 75mm for my M9 and would like to use it close up (around 1m). How do you know the frame you are getting? as I'm guessing the brightlines don't move to the bottom right as you focus closer?

adan Posted December 7, 2011 Share #2 Â Posted December 7, 2011 Bad guess - the built-in brightlines DO move to the bottom right as you focus closer.

wda Posted December 7, 2011 Share #4 Â Posted December 7, 2011 The advantage of digital is that you can experiment and see the results almost at once. Note the accuracy at measured distances and make framing allowances in future shooting. Once you acquire the skill you will consistently obtain excellent results. swamiji Posted December 7, 2011 Share #5 Â Posted December 7, 2011 As I understand, minimum focus for the M Rangefinder is .7m, that includes frame lines too.
