Just a little extra breathing room and gave subjects additional context. Â In any event, doesn't matter what or why. Really comes down to which focal length suits YOUR shooting better. You probably already know the answer.  I agree, however, if you really can't decide and are new to rangefinders, the 35 is going to be more forgiving in focusing and more flexible overall.
