mitchell Posted February 20, 2007 Share #1 Â Posted February 20, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) I was using LR in the Library and I noticed some DMR images were remaining pixilated as I scrolled through them as if they were loading slowing. Some remained locked in a pixilated state. I then Restarted my G5, and verified my hard drive. Â Then I opened LR, and got the message there were no images in my library. Not one. This isn't a complete disaster as I just started using it yesterday, and I had only loaded a couple of hundred images which I kept in their original locations. But I'm not sure how to keep it from happening again. Â Suggestions? Anyone else have similar problems? Â Thanks, Â Mitchell

Guest WPalank Posted February 20, 2007 Share #2 Â Posted February 20, 2007 Mitchell, I don't know if it is too late, but Light Room News has a video on updating your Library from Beta to v1.0 as of this morning. I would suggest everyone using the application bookmark this site as it has updates on a daily if not hourly basis. Cheers! http://lightroom-news.com/
grantray Posted February 20, 2007 Share #3 Â Posted February 20, 2007 One more quickie for mac users. Â For lost presets, don't freak out like I did. Change the first two letters of the extension from "ag" to "lr." The beta presets can be found in user/library/adobe lightroom/develop presets. Â You want to move these renamed files to user/library/application support/adobe/lightroom/develop presets. Â For all other presets, the same procedure applies.
